Das BMDV setzt die Gesetzesgrundlagen<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Die gesetzliche Grundlage ist mit der \u201eBekanntmachung des Leitfadens f\u00fcr die Anwendung des Unterabschnitts 5.4.0.2ADR\/RID\/ADN\u201c geschaffen. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>\u201eNach Anh\u00f6rung der obersten Verkehrsbeh\u00f6rden der L\u00e4nder gebe ich nachfolgend den Leitfaden zur Anwendung des Unterabschnitts 5.4.0.2 ADR\/RID\/ADN in Deutschland bekannt. Das nach Abschnitt 5.4.1 ADR\/RID\/ADN vorgeschriebene Bef\u00f6rderungspapier kann in elektronischer Form erstellt und mitgef\u00fchrt werden, wenn die Vorgaben des Leitfadens eingehalten werden. Dies gilt f\u00fcr Bef\u00f6rderungen in Deutschland und f\u00fcr grenz\u00fcberschreitende Bef\u00f6rderungen zwischen Deutschland und RID-Vertragsstaaten und\/oder ADR- und\/oder ADN-Vertragsparteien, die diesen Leitfaden anwenden. Informationen zur Anwendung in anderen RID-Vertragsstaaten werden \u00fcber die Webseite der OTIF und Informationen zur Anwendung in anderen ADR- und ADN-Vertragsparteien werden \u00fcber die Webseite der UNECE zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Bei Nutzung des elektronischen Gefahrgutbef\u00f6rderungsdokuments muss an Bord von G\u00fcterz\u00fcgen, Fahrzeugen und Binnenschiffen ein Datenendger\u00e4t nach Anlage A Nummer 4 des Leitfadens mitgef\u00fchrt werden, auf dem das Bef\u00f6rderungsdokument in menschenlesbarer Form dargestellt wird. The transport document prescribed in accordance with 5.4.1 of ADR\/RID\/ADN may be produced and carried in electronic form if the requirements of the guide are met. This applies to carriage in Germany and to international carriage between Germany and RID Contracting States and\/or ADR and\/or ADN Contracting Parties applying this Guide. Information on application in other RID Contracting States is provided via the OTIF website and information on application in other ADR and ADN Contracting Parties is provided via the UNECE website. When using the electronic dangerous goods transport document, a data terminal in accordance with Annex A(4) of the Guide must be carried on board freight trains, vehicles and inland waterway vessels, on which the transport document is displayed in human-readable form.
